Description of the bug

It is not possible to drag-n-drop components within a page in firefox.

• Drag-n-drop handles for components are not visible
• It is not possible to move a component within a page
• Icon for "delete" component not visible This was solved by Use the tree view component to display components within a page #11180

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to an app in firefox
2. Go to "Lage" page and select a page
3. Try to drag a component, see that the handle is not available
4. In the new tree view for components (featureFlags=formTree), try to move a component up/down in the page

Additional Information

The updates in #11180 remove the drag handles, but it is still not possible to grab a component and drag-n-drop it at a different location in the page.

Dragging a component into the page from the component list on the left-hand side works as expected.

Issue is in firefox browser.
Works as expected in chrome.

Kun små visuelle forskjeller mellom Firefox og de andre nettleserne p.g.a. manglende støtte for :has-slektoren, men all funksjonalitet er tilgjengelig.

Med formTree-funksjonsflagg:
Dra og slipp på lage-siden fungerer som ventet i alle testede nettlesere, både når det gjelder flytting og opprettelse av komponenter. Sletting av komponenter er også mulig og oppleves likt.
