Add a configuration panel to the right-hand side of the process editor

Description

We already have a right-hand panel/space that is used for the warning message when app uses too-old version of app-lib.
Suggest we make this space permanent, i.e. that it is always present, and consider using the same colours (background) as the config editor in forms editor.
