Description

As detailed in Altinn/app-frontend-react#1497, there is a need for tooling so that application developers can more easily prefill (on data model creation) a data model with values from an options list. This is an operation SSB already does on many apps, and they'd like for it to be easier to configure in an app - possibly using prefill configuration.
