Move articles from webFiles repo to our new landingpage #1

https://github.com/AmpersandTarski/webFiles contains folder with PDF articles that should be preserved. Let us create a page on the new docusaurus landingpage where we can serve these files

After this action the older 'webFiles' repo can be removed
