The configuration files are user editable, but not in a nice way. There should be a way to do it from inside the UI.

This is likely going to involve a(nother) complete re-write of the UI to support it, so it's kinda far off for now.

Moved this to release target. It'd be great to have for beta, but it's not necessary, and it's a pile of UI work
