Can I run that python script on my jetson nano

as long as the stream comes from v4l camera as from /dev/video0
it should work
However you may like to check recently added dockerized examples with simplified deployment
https://github.com/AndreV84/mediapipe#Docker-hand-usb-cam-GPU-example
I did not try to run with python
How would you execute it with python? Could you extend?
