v1.22.0 Let's Go Slow

This update introduces the possibility to differentiate between two different volume flow settings for ingredients: normal (like before) and slow (using a new introduced factor). When the ingredient is defined as slow, the volume flow of the pump will be multiplied by the defined factor. Use this for ingredients with higher viscosity.

• Added new config setting PUMP_SLOW_FACTOR to use less volume flow at defined ingredients
• Add new option "Slow ingredient" to ingredient to use less volume flow at this ingredient
