您好，请问一下，在Figure 2中，s1对模型做预训练，然后s2做监督微调，s3利用司法考试数据微调，s4利用法律咨询等问答数据微调。为什么不可以把s2,s3,s4的数据一起做监督微调呢，而且要分成3步去微调呢
