Hi! With #12 closed, I thought to give Fermata Auto another try. However, it seems I may be doing something wrong, as the YouTube option disappeared after reinstalling Fermata Auto freshly. Software: Pixel 4a 5G, Android 13, not rooted I tried the following methods to install, with Fermata Auto and Fermata Control uninstalled before each attempt:
In all of them, Fermata Auto shows up in Android Auto, but the YouTube option seems to be missing. Am I missing a setting somewhere or do I need another version? I doubt it's Android 13 - as when I replied to issue #12, I already had Android 13. I've checked #110, but I already use the "unofficial" (non-Google Play Store) version. |

Never mind, I realized I mistook Fermata Auto with Fermata Control. Reinstalling with King App with the package installer mentioned here has the Fermata Auto app itself showing up again. I'll close this discussion/issue once I'm able to check it in my car. Update: yep, appears and runs fine. Rotary/dpad control still doesn't work but that's another issue. |
