Enhance the hero section while maintaining the existing design template; as seen below:

With these enhancements, the hero section will become more visually engaging, interactive, and user-friendly, encouraging more conversions through an improved CTA, while still fitting naturally into the overall design template.

This proposal ensures that the hero section stands out without breaking the established style, keeping the user experience consistent across the entire site.

I think buttons are not needed there. what you say? Authentication is needed though to get the details of user like name, age and his level in gym like beginner, intermediate and pro. Will work on it in future

@Aneeshaik The buttons are calls to action to guide users who visit the website to either the workout plan, signup, or the diet page. Since there are plans for future adjustments in terms of authentication and added pages, these call-to-action buttons can be an enhanced feature for later. So they can be omitted in the mean time.
