FFmpeg 7.1 x265 encoder outputs an empty file

stops after starting, I only use x265 and libfdk_aac

The libx265 encoder on FFmpeg 7.1 FWBH is currently broken, resulting to frame= 0 fps=0.0 q=0.0 size= 3KiB time=N/A bitrate=N/A speed=N/A and an empty file. Fortunately, it is fixed on the latest version of FFmpeg.
For the meantime, if you need to use x265 encoder, please use ffmpeg-autobuild or wait for FFmpeg 7.2 or 7.1.1 release.
