Update: i have asked the user to try a different browser and it has worked fine on a different browser.
what must have been the problem?

Please, can you specify what browser and version bring this problem?
The extension on the first load requests external resources. If the browser has cache issues or very strict security restrictions it can bring this problem.
At this step, we recommend the following options:

  1. clear the browser cache
  2. check the browser security restrictions

Pay special attention to the 2nd option if the problem browser is IE11.
If this doesn't work for you feel free to continue this thread or contact us to [email protected]

Thank you for the details!
This version should work properly. The security problems are usual for IE11 and Edge, the Chrome is okay.
So, can you share with us the Chrome browser console? We'd like to check errors and exceptions, this will help us a lot.
