Zero Two Bot - Terms of Service

Welcome to Zero Two! By using Zero Two on Discord, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using Zero Two, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. Continued use of the Bot implies acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.

2. Usage

  • Zero Two is provided to enhance your Discord experience.
  • Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
  • Do not use the Bot for any illegal or malicious activities, including harassment, spamming, or other disruptive behavior.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Zero Two may collect and store certain information, such as usernames, messages, and server data to perform its functions.
  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties unless required by law.
  • Zero Two respects user privacy and strives to minimize the data it collects by immediately removing it after the operation it was necessary for has been completed.

4. Bot Availability

  • The Zero Two Bot is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Bot at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features and functionalities at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Zero Two and its developers are not liable for any damages or issues arising from its use, including but not limited to: loss of data, disruptions, or server issues.
  • By using the Bot, you agree that your use is at your own risk.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to ban or block any user or server from using Zero Two without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • You may remove the Bot from your server at any time if you do not agree with these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
