Found only debian version of .desktop file, maybe (adapt and) embed this into build somehow:

Ungoogled Chromium is now available officially as an AppImage:
https://ungoogled-software.github.io/ungoogled-chromium-binaries/releases/appimage/64bit/

So the recipe is no longer needed.

Unfortunately it is deeply hidden away, so most users won't know it exists:
