add config or tag to blacklist items from formation plane #8254

Describe the feature

simple as that, just a list in the configs or a minecraft tag

Reasons why it should be considered

we have a blacklist tag for the annihilation plane, we have one for the spatial io even, but nothing for the formation plane

Additional details

it is not relevant to this request, but currently both the formation and annihilation planes aren't firing place or break events
