Details

If a post contains an animated narrow horizontal line image, the disable gifs label appears outside the image. Putting the mouse on the gif label causes a flickering effect, as without the label the gif is no longer hovered, but with the label the gif is hovered.

what happens if we put overflow: hidden on the parent?
