Increase the number of clubs in the other regions

Objective Goal:

By the end of 2016, November new Campus Clubs are established in one of this country: Marocco, Algeria and Tunisia. we already learned about Campus Campaign strategy in the Arabic Gathering and some people started on launching their Campus club in their Region Like in Tunisia.

I am working on it will follow up with some updates here by the end of the next week

For this issue we might need some changes in the items, and I think most of them will be delayed to January because:

• we gonna ignore the first item because the information we have in the website wiki and github are already enough to start with

• The structure: after meeting with Marwen and Adib I found them blocked with that, I explained the structure idea. is just to make a chart that will be useful to everyone to explain the structure of Campus Campaign program

• All the other 3 tasks are not made yet because they depend on one Task which is not here: is the Year plan, @thepoet336 (Adib) made the year plan and waiting for being reviewed by @bacharakis & @Lucyeoh .
  And from my understood being Regional coordinator, or start club you make a year plan and when it is reviewed and accepted you can work on your club.
  So all this tasks depends on the Year plan.
  For that reason I think to just open another issue with Open a Club in Tunisia title, and put the items already done to be sure structured in issue work and make it depends on this issue
