Add "Lock relative transform" checkbox. When checked, it locks relative pose between headset and reference tracker and stops the passive re-calibration process entirely. This may help if tracker (or headset) has tracking issues, occasionally breaking already good calibration.

How to use it:

1. Make sure tracker is firmly attached to headset (e.g. glued)
2. Start the continuous calibration process normally
3. Move around until calibration is complete
4. Double check that calibration result is acceptable
5. Check the "Lock relative transform"
6. Forget about re-calibrating again. Ever.

Optimize CPU/GPU usage.
Revert back to FAST preset - after previous rotation changes, the SLOW preset doesn't seem to be needed anymore.

Improved continuous calibration. Now it comes into effect within a few seconds and consumes less CPU once fully converged (may take few minutes for that).
