This is a one-click flash tool for One Plus 10 pro I put NE2211 (India version) ROM in this file and it gets OTA updates! plug your phone into your PC and go to the bootloader with: power and Vol down or if your phone is powered up use:

adb reboot bootloader

Then run install.bat

that's it!
