Work done

API key security system.
New login (no bugs) and out-of-session behaviour. Option to add a provider at login.
Fixed bugs when switching between tabs.
Implement functions for adding and deleting friends in SOLID. (This includes changes to ACL permissions.)
Filter markers by name and/or categories.
Interface changes and added functionality to the detailed information window.
Add comments and ratings to bookmarks (your own or others').
Delete markers from the map and POD.
Addition of dynamic address to markers.
Search for information on friends in SOLID.
Code refactoring, bug and CSS fixes in various parts of the application.
