In this meeting, the team has agreed to solve all the minor fixes that must be done in the documentation to improve it. Some of the changes are:

• In section 2 Architecture Constraints, update table deleting Formation and modifying Free time elements.
• In section 3 System Scope and Context add new diagram to 3.1 and modify diagram of 3.2 segment.
• In section 4 Solution Strategy, resume a bit all the information. Less words, more images.
• In section 6 Runtime View, modify diagrams. Diagram of 6.4 should delete the box of Viade and introduce a key.
• In section 10.2 Quality Scenarios, add Loading Times elements in table.
• In section 11 Risks and Technical Debts, convert info to table.
