Sergio Truébano - Self Report Second Delivery

In this second delivery I have been more focus on the development of the Wikidata service and API, as well as some resarch regarding Wikidata and SPARQL, and the deployment phase. Sergio Llenderrozos, Pedro Limeres , Pedro Guerra and I, have been collaboratively working over the project in .NET for accessing data in Wikidata and retrieving at least one type of question.

We have been able to get everything working locally, but we have not been able to deploy it on docker due to some issue with the image creation of our new .NET project.
