What the fuck is TG's human creation code? Why the fuck is it scattershot like this?

I need to refactor the entire species application and carbon creation process in order to make this work with my customization code.

(Hints for future me: Human init, mutant prefs, require client on init to spawn non-random mobs, cry about how many places new client mobs are created)
