echomimic免环境安装windows一体包，解压即用

原项目基于Linux部署的，有些环境库在windows下安装比较麻烦，所以我做了一个自带环境的windows一体包，基于7月25号官方提供的加速版本模型进行打包制作，解压就能启动使用。
我自己电脑win10+3080ti显卡测试OK，更多型号还在测试中，请使用后，顺手评论告诉下我你的配置以及是否能运行

The original project was deployed on Linux, and some environment libraries are quite troublesome to install on Windows. Therefore, I created a Windows all-in-one package with the necessary environments included. This package is based on the accelerated version of the model provided by the official release on July 25th. Just extract it and it's ready to use
I have tested it on my own computer with Windows 10 and a 3080 Ti graphics card, and it works fine. More models are still being tested. After using it, please leave a comment to let me know your configuration and whether it runs successfully.
