Hi,
I ran into a problem while playtesting my game earlier. Having an enemy targeted and casting a single target(barrier in this case) wont work, you would need to target yourself, cast, then retarget your previous target. So if you have for example ALT as self cast key it would cast the spell (if possible, e.g not a projectile etc) on yourself.
So my suggestion is that a keybind in 'Controls' is added.
This would make it so for example:
You can have a friendly target, but still be able to cast on yourself
You can have an enemy (NPC) targeted but still be able to cast spells on yourself that was previously not possible to do

AlexVild has the right idea, but having a designated self cast key would be more valuable to the player experience
