DK quest - 12641 (Death comes from on high)

Description:

Unable to complete quest 12641 on DK.

Current behavior:

After starting this quest, you are able to use the Eye of Archerus, but the Siphon will not work on any of the required buildings, and thus you can not complete it.

Expected behavior:

You should be able to use Siphon command / button and complete the quest.
