Holiday events - all active

All holiday events appear to be active on the server. Pictures attached

Current behavior:

When visiting Darnassus, I noticed that the Pilgrim's Bounty event was active, with daily quests. In addition, in the middle of the city the Night Elf Commoner was offering quests for multiple seasonal events.

Expected behavior:

Seasonal events should only be active during the appropriate times.
