I am trying to replicate your repository locally and I am trying to run the query_gen.py file by setting linker=1. However, it seems that the required file "data/LC-QUAD/EARL/output.json" is missing. Could you tell me how to generate that file so that I can replicate your result?
Thanks

Hi,
I set the linker to 2 and want to get the result as a true question
answering system. Then I will need to result for from EARL. Actually I
tried to get some outputs from EARL and other entity linking tools. The
output entities include the required entities in the correct Sparql query.
However, the query generation function in orchestrator file cannot
generate a query from these mapped entities. The query generation function
seems only admit only the correct entities instead of a list of entities
including the correct ones. Do you know how to solve this problem?
Best regards

Hi,
Sorry for late reply.
Could you please clarify what do you want to achieve? I think if you set
the linker param to 0, you won't need it.
Cheers,
Hamid
