For example, what about having radio buttons per resource such that clicking on a resource's button would move the resource to the top of the list, and you could print just the selected ones vs. all of them?

Alternatively, we could allow people to create a "My Resources" list (maybe by adding CSS classes) that is persisted across multiple searches, which they can print at the end.
