Map category icons are duplicated and reversed

On the map, the icons are reversed (see image for clarification). Also, there seems to be a bug that is making the icons repeat.

From my guess, we're probably adding supercategory icons multiple times if a resource offers multiple subcategories

(e.g., appending Medical supercategory icon 3 times if the resource offers Medical Clinics, Trans Health and Womens' Care)
