AtlasOS running only on 1 core 1 thread

I've had AtlasOs installed for a couple months on my pc with no issues but recently boot to desktop is taking 20 minutes. Everything is slow and unresponsive, I was able to open task manager and check CPU performance, picture attached. My Ryzen 7 5700G CPU 8core/16thread is running at 1 core/1thread.

What I've tried with no success.

Different CPU, RAM, GPU.
Updated BIOS

Other picture is when I quickly installed windows 10 on another drive, showing 8 core 16 thread and running fine.

If anyone has input on this, let me know.
