[Enhancement] Forcing the block limit.

Hello, I don't know if it's a bug or how the plugin works but i've an idea to make the plugin better.

For example if you set X block's limit into 3 and somehow he breaks 5 of these blocks his limit goes up to 5 instead of 3. It's bad in some situations, for example if i limit X block after i open t he server and people already have ton of them when they break those blocks their block limit goes up and up.

It'd be really good if the plugin can Force the limit by 3 if it's set to 3 no matter how many blocks they break

Nah man, i do understand. I've worked with you in the past for a one simple plugin and as you know we're kinda in a same business so that's totally fine
