I am encountering an issue with Google Authenticator where I cannot add a new item (account). Neither scanning a QR code nor manually entering the details works. Here are the steps I’ve tried:
Scanning the QR code using the camera.
The app does not recognize the QR code or does not respond after scanning.
Manually entering the account details.
After entering the details and confirming, the item does not appear in the list.
I have tried reinstalling the app, ensuring all permissions are granted, and using different QR codes from various services, but the issue persists.
Is this a known issue, and is there a fix or workaround available? Any help would be appreciated.
