Error processing change when moving tags

While fixing #1122 I noticed that if you drag a tag to change the tag display order you will see several of these errors in the lldb logs Simperium Error [Client Error : 412] while processing changes for object [Tag][d]

It seems like the order is still updated and syncing across devices, so the error may be a false flag, but it should be looked into.
