Description

Develop a shared component for the WooPayments payment method logos to ensure consistency and reusability across all areas in WooCommerce. This component will also be utilized in WooPayments after the node version is updated.

Acceptance criteria

The component should be utilized in all existing locations within the WooCommerce core.
