We are simplifying CSV export of WooPayments reports. All exports will be routed via server through issue #9969. After this issue is addressed, we need to clean up unnecessary code related to browser export.

Acceptance criteria
  • All unwanted code related to browser export should be cleaned up
  • All unwanted unit tests related to browser export should be removed
