Enhancement Description

Workflow should follow these criterias

Assign the assignees on the opened issues

• Work on newly created issues, labelled isssues, unlabelled issues, edited issues and reopen issues
• Assign the issue to issue creator on "Yes" on the question of issue template "Would you like to work on this issue?"
• Assign the issue on commenting /assign in the issue comments
• Remove the label up-for-grabs and add Status: Assigned
• Assign issue to another contributor, if issue is not assigned yet and contains up-for-grabs label on contributor demand. /assign
• Set the timeline for the issue assigned with the labels priority: high, medium, low as 3, 6, 8 days respectively. If exceeded, remove assignee and assigned label and add up-for-grabs label
• Give 1 day prior notification to contributor before unassign.

Restrictions

• Don't assign more than 2 issues and warned contributor on raising more new issues or on commenting more than 2 issues.
