目前还没有这一块的实现...,需要自己手动实现

自定义只能覆盖在列表上，能增加一个loading的插槽吗

可以不用覆盖列表上的，渲染到组件后就可以了，头部也可以，具体位置用户可以自己决定，我实际业务场景是在瀑布流底部渲染loading组件的，演示如文档中的视频
