gpt翻译我查了很长时间，所谓的error 429是每日上限值最大了，而且好像说这个东西与一个重置时间，这个时间是多少我也没找到，每次翻译的时候出现这个说的是7m12s以后重试，请问这个就是重置时间么。如果不是，请问这个问题应该如何解决和避免呢？
