Should there be a pre-built docker image for the project, to make developing/deploying easier?

To prevent the image from getting bloated, should each service have it's own Dockerfile?

If each service now has it's own Dockerfile to separate building dependencies, should each service just have it's own repo, or should Aye-saac be structured as a monorepo using Pants or similar?
