Ensure that we set up the UIWindow and CDVViewController manually in our test's AppDelegate (because that won't happen automatically in future cordova-ios versions)
Set the Xcode test plans to automatically re-run failed tests up to 3 times, in an effort to reduce CI flakiness
Update Xcode project to latest settings
