frame randomly resets scale and moves up or down #13

I have moved the frame from the original position and resized it.
It always resets the scale on login and (not always but very frequently, at seemingly random times) moves either up or down by half a screen.

I have been unable to reproduce this in the last week.
Any information you can provide is this is still happening or under what conditions?

Still happening. Not sure what information I can provide, I don't know what causes it as it seems random.
The position shift maybe happens when I log in in a DF zone and mounted (and then the scale won't reset).
The scale always resets when it stays in the place I've moved it to.

Nevermind my previous theory, the position shift and scale reset can happen at the same time:

...And sometimes it won't even appear at all.

Just an update, I have noticed some weird stuff from time to time when trying to replicate this but still have not found the cause. Still looking though!

I have rolled back to the latest working version (v23) and found something strange: thought I'd try hardcoding the scale and as soon as I put it in (after SetSize, L28), it started acting just like above.
