Glyph appearing in ocean?

I've used this great addon to collect all the glyphs except for one. For some reason, it's displaying in the ocean? Any idea how to fix or how I can tell which one I didn't get?

I ran across the same issue and revised the achivements to find the missing glyph, it was the Forkriver Crossing one (in Ohn'ahran Plains). The exact location can be found in this wowhead guide.
