Error Loading Governance Dashboard

I am unable to load the report CCO Power BI governance dashboard v2.7.pbit within PowerBI Desktop.

I have followed the guide within the Wiki to ensure that all settings are set up accordingly.

I have seen this issue #148 which was closed but I tried steps suggested in that issue, but it didn't resolve my issue.
