Expected behavior

Timer trigger should send emails on a scheduled manner using the service bus and its topic and cosmos db

    **WORKING IN LOCAL ENVIRONMENT**

Actual behavior

Not triggering emails. Giving System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException at Azure.Core.Pipeline.RetryPolicy+d__12.MoveNext
exception

Reproduction Steps

  1. TimerTrigger for email generation on a schedule
  2. connects with cosmosdb to fetch the records.
    3)sends email for the records which are overdue

This issue was transferred to the repository where the Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.Timers.Storage package is maintained as #847.
