This release of Azure IoT PnP Bridge has following changes:

  • Adaptation of DTDL v2, DTDL v1 is no longer supported on this release. Note: Please use an earlier release version for DTDL v1
  • Migration from configuring devices using device capability models to device twin model interfaces
  • All PnP Bridge devices are components of a top level interface
  • Migration from digital twin device SDK to IoT hub device client SDK
  • Telemetry flow for PnP Bridge components associated with top level interface, using PnP Bridge specific device agent string
  • Architectural updates to PnP Bridge core and adapters
