Title says it all... the "Import WAF checklists" button introduced in v1.5 should honor the selected language.

Started work on this one. Modified create_master_checklist.py to generate WAF master checklists on all languages (both JSON and macro-free Excel), and added new options to the automated action translate.yml.

The next step is getting the macro-enabled spreadsheet loading up the WAF master checklists using the main checklist load mechanism.

I updated the macro-enabled spreadsheet to show the WAF master checklists as one of the available option. @sdolgin could you please verify that it fixes this issue? Thanks!
