Ensure that when we add a sample for Linux for ICustomWebUI

@bgavrilMS : Not sure exactly where it's easiest to provide feedback. Can the sample be added to an existing netcore sample app, or alternatively the one you have could have a step 2 or 1b which set's up the client app as a netcore app? (I had in my mind that we have already had one for net-core desktop)
Also perhaps it should show more details on how to run the sample on Mac as well as Linux?
Note: Reading the intro of the sample it's not obvious it's talking about netcore could probably be even more explicit on that.

Sounds good, although in 4.1 we will have UI on Linux via System Browser.
