Create a function to generate a user-specified amount of fish at time step 0. This requires deprecating the extravasate function and creating tissue TCells once at the start of the simulation.

To do:

  • Create user option to specify amount of fish
  • Have tissue TCells spawn once in the beginning
  • Deprecate extravasate function
