How to automatically generate ROI annotations

Dear author
I have noticed the BoNet needs hand ROI annotations during all the train/val/test stages.
But if I want to transfer BoNet pre-trained on RSNA to my own hand bone x-ray dataset, this will be limited by the absence of ROI annotations.
May I know how to generate ROI annotations automatically?
